Ingredients: dough 75% (drinking water, WHEAT flour, chicken EGGS, salt, rapeseed oil, sugar), filling 25% (CHEESE 100% (pasteurized MILK, table salt, calcium chloride hardener, lactic acid bacteria starter, curdling enzyme).
Preparation: fry the thawed pancakes in oil on both sides in a pan until golden brown. Serve with cream or sauce.
