The unpasteurized lager is brewed in accordance with the beer purity law. The brew combines three malts – Pilsner, Vienna and 

light caramel malt – complemented by festive German hop varieties – 'Hallertauer Magnum' and the noble, aromatic 'Tettnanger'. 
Pub beer offers a sweeter and darker taste of light beer traditionally popular in Latvia in a modern Valmiermuiža version. The 
golden-colored, full-bodied beer is adorned with a bready malt sweetness and biscuit, which is interspersed with velvety bitter 
tones of noble hops and amolin. It will go well with traditional Latvian holiday dishes.
