This dark red-brown beer has a pleasant aroma of caramel malt and hops. It is thick, with a rich, slightly sweet taste, while its 
aftertaste is dominated by bitterness.
It goes well with fatty meat dishes, fish and mature cheeses. We recommend tasting it with pork ribs or smoked eel!
